Information regarding custom radio streams on the Rust Server

    Greetings community!

As you all know, Rust has released their newest extension "Voice Props". This new DLC features Boom Boxes and Portable Boom Boxes.

With these Boom Boxes you can play either Cassettes or Internet Radio.

Many of you people including myself probably like a custom radio station and found them self disappointed when they couldn't get their own radio streams added to the Boom Box.

This is where we come into place and tell you how to get your own custom station (well, at least the current server playlist we have) in your BoomBox and jam to some non-default tunes!

Here is a Step-by-Step guide on how to get our RadioStream.txt file into your game!

Step 1 - Locate your Game folder:

You want to locate your game folder by heading into Steam and right-clicking your Rust game by either in the left-side game bar or in the big home screen.

There you want to navigate to - Manage -> Browse local files

Step 2 - Navigating to the file we want to exchange:

Next up you want to navigate the following folders RustClient_Data -> StreamingAssets . Inside of the StreamingAssets folder you should find a file called RadioList.txt

You want to replace this file with the file from the attachment, then just restart your game and BOOM. You can now access all the great custom radio channels from the Server!

We have also attached the default file, should you want to restore the original RadioList.txt file at some point.

Should you have any suggestions for custom radio channels for the Rust server you can go ahead and post a suggestion!
