Rules of the Hentai Heaven Soft-RP - Rust Server

    • Proper roleplay may lift some rules as we heavily encourage players on the server to roleplay with one and another.

Which server rules seem suitable to be bypassed for the sake of roleplay is in the eye of the staff member.
    • Always listen to the word of a staff member
    • The abuse of rule tolerance space will be resulting in punishment
    • Anything that happens in a admin situation is to be kept inside that admin situation! Items, Weapons and other goods dropped or created in this situation are officially not existing!
    • Support situations may not be recorded or streamed for privacy sake

By playing on the server you agree that you understand the above and below listed rules and that you accept them!

    General Rules

    You may not...

    • insult or disrespect other players.
    • be racist or discriminating in any kind of form or shape.
    • be harassing other players or annoying them unnecessarily!
    • propagate hate-speech or other harmful conduct.
    • mic-spam or any form of potential harm to vision/hearings.
    • use unowned property as your own.
    • use a persons Last-name if they have not agreed to do it.
    • write unnecessary reports to clutter the report system.
    • place any items of value outside of the maps boundaries.
    • loot anybodys corpse unless you have a valid roleplay reason to do so. (Robbery, murder, raiding, etc.)

    You may...

    • stream on this server, unless told that you are not allowed to do so.
    • use recordings/livestreams/clips or audio recordings to help solve or to report a support case.

    Wipe Day

On wipe day everything is legal. Raiding, Killing, literally anything.

Like the purge, for the next 24 hours everything will be legal!

PVP / Weapon Rules and Classes

    • The usage of weapons is to be announced beforehand (eg.: "Go away or I will shoot you")
It's recommended for you to count down from 3 to 1 if you plan on giving them a fair chance of reacting.
    • The act of aiming onto somebody with a weapon is considered a thread and can be responded with immediate fire return.
    • Having your Turrets on Peacekeeper mode is perfectly legitimate and you cannot be punished for having it openly visible.
If a PVP/Hostile tagged person walks by and gets killed then it is their own fault.
You may announce your peacekeeper turrets but don't have to.
    • You may defend your own property with gun violence but have to warn the person to leave before shooting/attacking them.
    • You may place any sort of trap/turret inside of your base as anything inside of your base to defend it from people breaking in.
You may even place Attack-All turrets inside of your base that don't shoot into public space.
    • Any monument is automatically a PVP area and doesn't require a roleplaying reason to kill somebody. The PVP Zones can be used as a rough guidance on where a Monumental PVP Area begins and where it ends. Safezones excluded.
*Some PVP Areas may say that they have ended but in reality they are bigger. Example: Military Tunnels, Metro Entrances, etc.
    • Airdrops / Crash Sites or other Loot Events create dynamical PVP Areas in which people are allowed to shoot each other without any prior warning!

    Commonly known roleplay terms...

    _________________________

    "New Life Rule"

The New Life Rule, short NLR, is the most commonly known element on a role-play server.

It basically embodies the fact "I died on this last shootout so I can't remember anything that happened there".

One my take this as some sort of 'amnesia'.

This may also include coming back to ones place of death.

You may never break the NLR at any times unless a staff member has lifted your NLR.

    "Powergaming"

Powergaming simply put is when you set/stage a roleplay situation and want the outcome to be exactly like you want it to be.

In roleplay there is always 2 parties, the "acting" and the "answering" part.

If the acting part forces a roleplay situation onto somebody saying: "I saw you shoot somebody", even though they never did so, and are being prosecuted for it, that is Powergaming and against the rules.

A roleplay situation should never be forced and always be natural!

    "Metagaming"

Metagaming is commonly known as "Using information you have not obtained In-Character or In-Game".

    Example:

    A prime example is your friend telling you on discord;

"Hey, let's go raid this one dudes base." so you both make your way to the base and raid it.

Another example is what people refer to as "Stream-sniping", basically you watch somebodies stream to know where they are, what they do, and so on...

Since this is Soft-RP we won't be pressuring players into following the no-metagaming rule with every step. First and foremost this is a game and we are here to have fun, not to live a second work-life.

    "Fear RP"

FearRP is not that well known around the Rust RP genre so here is a brief rundown of what it means:

Basically FearRP is the binding link between you doing what you want, and you character applying some common human sence into your actions. That being the emotion of fearing something.

Remember - Your life is your most valuable good one can have!!

    Example:

You walk down the street and see two people running up to you with guns, aiming at you.

They demand that you drop 500 in scrap or you will die!

The right thing to do here is to give in to the situation as you are being threatened by two guns in your face.

Should the circumstances be different (only one person aiming at you), you may have some more room to counter that robbery, but you still got to concider, YOU are being aimed at with a gun at this exact momemt!

    _________________________

    • Should there be a sufficient reason of a police officer or any government executive to search your house or arrest you, they may do so with a proper reason.
    • Officers may be bribed into looking away at some instances of "legal issues"
    • Officers may not be active in any form of hitman work (killing people for money etc.)
    • Players should always consider FearRP to be a thing!
    • FearRP takes place when two or more players threaten you with a gun.
    • ERP is not forbidden, but try to keep things... Mild?
    • Try to resolve situations in roleplay before taking out weapons and solving it the violent way.
    • KOS Signs are NOT a raid reason for the police.
    • Vehicles may never be used as weapons. It can also be considered "Vehicle Death Match" (VDM)

    Raiding, Robbery & other acitivies

    • A base may only be raided with a proper roleplaying reason
    • You may "take" items from a decaying or open bases. (People need to learn how to lock their crates)
    • You may mug somebody for scrap, resources or whatever you may be needing. (Be aware that they may seek revenge on you [being mugged/robbed is a raid reason])
Just don't make unreasonably high claims when mugging/robbing somebody. 500 max of each resource. You may also only mug for 1 resource.
    • When robbing a player, you may steal all their weapons from them.

    Artworks / Signs / Drawings / Photographs

    You may...

    • Request an advert/image/meme using the advertisement billboard NPCs.
    • Put up or sell any imagery to the people.
    • HAVE TO PUT UP A WARNING ON THE ENTRANCE IF THEY ARE SELLING / CONTAINING NSFW ART!
    • Not be responsible for the future use of the images that have been sold to a customer!

    You may NOT...

    • Put up or sell any imagery which contains racist or other offensive images!
    • Put up NSFW imagery containing gore, lolita, minors, scat or any other disgusting BS.

These rules are always subject to change,
